Structured Cabling

Royalway is one of the top structured cabling companies in UAE. We offer reliable connectivity back born for your company that allows proper data transfer. We always use good quality cables from structured cable brands.
We always make sure your data cabling is highly effective regarding data
cable quality and project management. Voice and Data cabling are the cri-
tical elements of your network. As a best structured cabling company, you
can always rely on our commitment. Also well known structured cabling company in Qatar.

Network cables are using to connect network supported devices and transfer
data and information between switches, routers, data storage, IP phones and other network products. Royalway is a full-service network cabling provider   with the resource to design and implement structured cabling

Our solutions include

  • Design: We specialize in recommendations for new construction or your existing facility that will meet your voice and data network cabling requirements.
  • Installation: Our installation team is trained and certified by our manufacturers and BISCI to provide the highest quality structured cabling installation.
  • Testing & Certifications: Your structured cabling network will be tested and certified to manufacturer and BISCI standards. Our technical team uses FLUKE cable analysers to test and certify your copper and fiber network cabling.

Cabling Standards

  • Category 6: Commonly referred to as “Cat 6” it is used to carry Ethernet 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, and 1000Base-T (Gigabit Ethernet) connections.
Cat 6 cable is backed with more stringent specifications for crosstalk and system noise than earlier cabling standards. While the speeds are faster
for Cat6 on shorter runs, the downside is that the wires are stiffer making them more difficult to bend, and the thicker wires are more difficult to terminate.
  • Category 6a: Commonly referred to as “Cat6a or Cat6 Augmented or 10gig”
is the latest standard for enhanced performance standards for twisted pair cable systems. Category 6a is defined at frequencies up to 500MHz twice that of Cat 6. Category 6a performs at improved specifications, in particular in the area of alien crosstalk as compared to Cat 6 UTP (unshielded twisted pair), which exhibited high alien noise in high frequencies. The speeds of Cat6a are 10 Gbps, but the difference is that these lightening speeds are maintained across longer distances of up to 100 meters. These thicker cables with their better shielding are ideal for industrial situations, but lack flexibility that is often needed for a residential deployment.
  • Category 7 / Class F: The latest “cable on the block” is Cat7, which is shielded, and requires a GigaGate45 connection. The speeds are wickedly fast, at shorter distances, maxing out at 100 Gbps at <15 meter distances, and reverting to 10 Gbps at longer distances. There is also a Cat8 standard that is still being finalized, but no gear is currently available, with a targeted throughput of 40 Gbps at longer distances. These “next generation” cable choices of Cat7 and above are more suited to data centers, than residential applications.
  • Multi-Mode Fiber: Best suited for premise applications where links are less than 1000 meters for 100MB/s or less, 550 meters for data rates of 1GB/s or less, and 300 meters for data rates of 10GB/s or less. There are two types of multi-mode fiber, 62.5 um and 50 um. Our Taylored team can help determine the right type for you.
  • Single-Mode Fiber: Best suited for bandwidth requirements exceeding multi-mode’s capability, distances exceeding multi-mode’s capability and where the application dictates single mode like video.
